Nat currently works as an Instructor at Psycle London, teaching their Strength Concept, at ONE LDN Club in Fulham and as a Personal Trainer, training clients on a one-to-one basis. This class will be a mixture of strength and HITT and is for any level with plenty of different variations! No equipment necessary

You will be flowing through a fun and energising Vinyasa Flow class suitable for all levels. Linking movement with breath giving you time to reconnect, align, strengthen and release. No experience necessary just an open heart and the willingness to move and play!
