Emily Syphas, the founder of Sober & Social, will be hosting the evening alongside Club Soda founder – Laura Willoughby; sharing stories of their sobriety to help and inspire others on their sobriety journey.

There will be time for others to share their struggles, achievements and ask questions to form a collective and community. No matter whether you are sober sober, sober curious or merely just started to question your drinking, everyone is welcome to come listen, share, explore and question. There will of course be time to have a Sober Social afterwards with amazing AF drinks provided by the incredible Square Root.

Come and join the Sober & Social boat cruise on Sunday 21st July!

We will be cruising along the Grand Union and Regents Canal in the Little Venice area. The two hour route will usually include the Regent’s Canal through Maida Vale, Maida Hill Tunnel, Lisson Grove, Regent’s Park and London Zoo to Camden and back to end in Little Venice. The cruise lasts for 2 hours.

Please feel free to bring your own food and drink for the day!

We will be leaving promtly at 2:30pm so please arrive around 2:00pm!

Sober & Social will be hosting summer drinks with Seedlip & Aecorn Aperitifs. Come and try out their newly launched non-alcoholic aperitifs in the stunning Coral Room at the Bloomsbury Hotel. Meet some great people in a great setting while sipping on Aecorn’s latest concoctions. Drinks will be complimentary from 7:00pm – 8:30pm.
