Katie is a transformational life coaching who focuses on sense of self, helping people figure out what makes them THEM so that they can: know themselves, be themselves and love themselves. Since Katie embarked on her own journey of self-discovery to figure out who she was, her life has changed in a countless number of ways. She is passionate about being able to share some of her experiences and knowledge with you

Vision Boarding with David Mahoney – WEDNESDAY 18TH MAY

Info: This workshop is all about vision boards, goals and intention setting as we approach the mid-point of the year. This workshop is for everyone, from those who regularly do vision cards to those with a curious mind. Together we’ll explore ways of setting goals across all life areas, getting intentional and the many ways on how to create vision boards. There will be something for everyone to take away.

David is a trainee counsellor (CPCAB Level 4 and BACP member) with over four years of sobriety under his belt. Through his decision to get sober, came a big personal development and growth journey which led to his retraining as a counsellor. A mental health and self-care advocate, David’s mission is to allow people to find empowerment in their life and for everyone to speak and listen openly about their feelings. Info: In 2015, William Porter published Alcohol Explained which is a detailed analysis of alcohol, of how it affects human beings and how it grows from being experimental, to pleasurable, to a necessity. 

We are so excited to be joined by William for an exclusive member workshop! In the workshop, he will be covering:

  • What happens when alcohol enters the body
  • The physiological effects of drinking
  • Why can some of us moderate and some of us can’t
  • Tips for staying alcohol free
